Who are we?

What data do we process and why?

We do not sell your data and do not use it for other purposes.
Shopify, the platform of our webshop, also uses customer data of webshops itself, together with other Shopify data, to improve its own products, advertising and personalisation (Shopify Network Intelligence). Shopify itself is responsible for this; more information can be found in Shopify's privacy policy.
With whom do we share data?
Only with parties needed to provide our service, with whom data protection agreements are in place:
- Shopify (webshop, customer accounts, forms, translations, payments via Shopify Payments and order data);
- PayPal, if you pay with it;
- Microsoft (business e-mail via Microsoft 365);
- our accountant or tax adviser, if needed for the administration.
We deliver worldwide. Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area (for example Shopify in Canada and the United States). This only takes place with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the standard contractual clauses. Customers outside the EU have the same rights as described below, insofar as the law of their country requires.
How long do we keep data?
- Invoice and order data: 7 years (statutory retention obligation).
- License data: as long as the license is valid.
- Quotation requests without an assignment and individual e-mails: a maximum of 2 years.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, have processing restricted, object, and have your data transferred. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. Send your request to info@rasma.nl; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing (such as profiling). We do not have a data protection officer; please send privacy questions to info@rasma.nl.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (https) and two-step verification on our accounts.
